Quick facts
- Players
- Many players vs the wheel
- Cards / setup
- N/A — wheel + betting mat
- Goal
- Cover the pocket (or group) that wins the spin
- Common formats
- Inside bets · Outside bets (red/black, odd/even, dozens…)
- Best for
- Players who like a clear betting mat and one spin per round
- Welcome offer
- ~₹64 after signup (confirm the live amount in the app)
How to play
- Open Roulette and wait until the betting window is open (chips accept taps).
- Place outside bets first if you are learning — red/black, odd/even, or dozens/columns.
- Add inside bets only if you want them: a straight-up number, a split, or a small street/corner group.
- When betting locks, the wheel spins and the ball settles in one numbered pocket (plus zero if that is the result).
- Winning spots pay per the mat odds; other chips clear. The next spin opens a new betting window.
Example
You put ₹20 on red and ₹10 straight-up on 17. The ball lands on 17 red: red pays near even money on ₹20, and 17 pays the straight-up line on ₹10. Next spin you keep only ₹15 on odd; the ball hits 0 — on a single-zero sheet that outside bet usually loses, even though odd “felt due”.
Rules & scoring
Inside bets (straight-up and small groups) pay more and hit less often than outside bets.
Outside bets cover large bands of the wheel — colour, odd/even, high/low, dozens, or columns.
Zero (and double-zero if the room shows it) usually makes most outside bets lose — confirm on that wheel.
Table min/max apply per spot; you can combine several spots in one spin within limits.
Each spin is independent; the history strip is not a forecast.
Key terms
- Inside bet
- Straight-up number or a small group (split, street, corner) on the number grid.
- Outside bet
- Broader call such as red/black, odd/even, dozen, or column.
- The numbered slot where the ball rests.
- Straight-up
- A bet on one exact number.
- Dozen / column
- Outside-style groups of twelve numbers — see the mat labels.
Variants in the app
These table names appear in Win Rummy lobbies and can change with updates. Always read the room sheet before you sit.
- Single-zero styleOne zero pocket — common digital layout. Outside bets still lose on zero on most sheets.
- Extra zeros / themed wheelsMore zeros change outside-bet maths. Read help if the wheel art looks different from European style.
How it compares
Unlike Andar Bahar or Dragon vs Tiger, the result is a wheel pocket, not a card side. Unlike Horse Racing, you bet numbers and colours on a mat, not a runner on an odds board. Unlike Slots, you choose exact spots before each spin.
Tips & common mistakes
Do
- Learn red/black or odd/even before stacking many straight-ups.
- Note whether the room is single-zero or has extra zeros before you judge “even money”.
- Keep a per-spin chip budget so one inside bet does not empty the welcome balance.
Don’t
- Do not cover the whole mat “to guarantee a win”.
- Do not chase a number that is “due” on the history strip.
- Do not ignore zero when you treat red/black as a coin flip.
Payments & withdrawals
UPI channels supported in the cashier for deposit and withdrawal. What you see can vary by amount and account status.
Welcome rupees
Roulette new signups often land near ₹64 in welcome rupees. Outside bets are a calmer first use of that balance; zero rules still follow your wheel sheet.
Download & install
Get Latest (v2.4.1, ~48 MB) from Telegram, then open Roulette in the lobby. Use Previous (v2.3.0) only if Latest will not install.
After you install and register, open Roulette inside the Win Rummy app.
FAQ
Red/black — is that even money?
Often near even money on the pay line, but zero (or double-zero) usually makes that bet lose. Check the sheet.
What is a dozen bet?
An outside-style group of twelve numbers on the mat. It pays less than a straight-up and hits more often than one number.
Can I bet several spots on one spin?
Yes, within table limits, before the spin locks.
Does zero beat red/black?
On many single-zero layouts, outside bets lose when zero hits. Double-zero rooms add another losing pocket for those bets.
Inside vs outside — which first?
Outside (colour, odd/even, dozen) while you learn. Inside numbers pay more and hit less.
