Guide
Bonus wallet vs cash wallet difference
Many Indian real-money apps split your balance into a cash wallet (sometimes called real money, withdrawable, or deposit wallet) and a bonus wallet (promotional, locked, or non-withdrawable until conditions clear). The big number on the home screen is often a sum — and that sum is not all withdrawable on day one. Bonus money typically requires wagering (playthrough) on allowed games, may expire, may draw first or second when you stake, and may forfeit if you withdraw early. Cash usually comes from deposits and converted winnings after rules. Exact labels, colours, and draw priority sit in your Win Rummy build’s Wallet help — this guide teaches the difference without inventing fixed welcome rupee amounts. Cross-read our wagering and welcome-bonus guides for related screens. Play only where real-money gaming is allowed for you.
What each wallet is (and is not)
Cash wallet: funds generally eligible for withdrawal after KYC and any pending holds. Bonus wallet: marketing credit with strings.
Bonus is not free salary. Cash is not “safe profit” — you can still lose it on Teen Patti or Rummy tables.
Some skins use three buckets (cash, bonus, winnings). Always tap the info icon rather than guessing from colour alone.
Words on the Wallet screen
Cash / Deposit / Withdrawable: the stricter real-money pot. Bonus / Promo / Locked: promotional pot. Total balance: sum that misleads beginners.
Wagering progress / playthrough bar: path from bonus toward conversion. Expiry: bonus death date. Forfeit on withdraw: warning dialog.
Draw priority: which pot pays the stake first when both have funds.
How stakes consume wallets
Products differ: bonus-first, cash-first, or proportional. Draw priority changes how fast wagering clears and how fast cash shrinks.
If stakes take cash first, your bonus bar may barely move while cash burns — read help before blaming a “stuck” bonus.
Excluded games can burn money without counting toward wagering — check contribution lists on the offer card.
Step-by-step: map your wallets in five minutes
Do this after signup before Add Cash panic.
- Open Wallet; write Cash amount and Bonus amount separately.
- Tap Bonus detail → note wagering multiple, expiry, game list.
- Open Withdraw once; read any forfeit warning without confirming.
- Open Promotions welcome card; confirm the same numbers.
- Decide: play cash-only, claim bonus knowingly, or skip murky offers.
Worked example A — total looks rich, withdraw is small
Illustrative pattern only — not a Win Rummy promise. Total ₹1,200 = Cash ₹200 + Bonus ₹1,000. Withdraw offers ₹200 (or less after fees/holds). The ₹1,000 still needs wagering.
Lesson: always split the total before celebrating.
Worked example B — bonus-first draw clears bar faster
Offer needs ₹1,000 qualifying stakes on a ₹100 bonus (10× pattern example). Bonus-first draw means your Teen Patti stakes can count while bonus shrinks. If you instead somehow forced cash-only stakes, the bar might stall.
Lesson: draw priority and contribution both matter — read both.
Worked example C — early withdraw forfeits bonus
You have Cash ₹800 and Bonus ₹500 unused. Withdraw warns bonus will forfeit. You cancel, finish or consciously forfeit later, then withdraw cash with eyes open.
Lesson: the warning dialog is content, not decoration.
Conversion and max cash-out caps
Some offers convert bonus winnings only up to a max cash amount. Hitting the bar does not always mean unlimited withdraw of everything you saw during bonus play.
Expiry can zero unused bonus overnight. Screenshot terms with date if you dispute later.
Live offer text beats any blog figure — including older Win Rummy banners.
Table play still spends real risk
Whether the chip came from Cash or Bonus, a lost Teen Patti pot or wrong Rummy declare still reduces what you can eventually withdraw.
Bonus chips do not become “practice mode.” Opponents and chance still apply.
If you only wanted free learning, use a practice / play-chip mode when the lobby offers one — do not confuse it with bonus cash.

Common beginner mistakes
Treating Total as withdrawable.
Playing excluded games then blaming the bar.
Withdrawing in a rush and forfeiting bonus you still wanted.
Trusting influencer screenshots of bonus totals.
Installing mod APKs that fake bonus UI.
Chasing wagering past responsible loss limits.
Practice plan — wallet literacy session
Session 1: no claim — play cash minimum only; watch which number moves.
Session 2: if you claim, stake minimum on a 100% contribution game; watch bonus and bar.
Session 3: open Withdraw warning once without confirming; write what would forfeit.
Checklist before you tap Withdraw
Split balances. Confirm KYC. Confirm wagering. Read forfeit text. Request only what you can emotionally afford to wait on.
- Cash amount known.
- Bonus amount known.
- Expiry noted.
- Contribution game chosen on purpose.
- No fake APK cashier.
Talking to support about wallet lines
Quote Cash and Bonus separately with timestamps. “My balance is wrong” without labels slows tickets.
Attach the Promotions card screenshot if wagering progress disagrees with Wallet.
Never paste UPI PIN into a wallet dispute ticket.
Practical tips that actually help
Rename nothing in your head — use the app’s exact labels in support tickets.
Keep bet history when disputing wagering progress.
If terms confuse you, skip the bonus; cash-only is a valid choice.
- Split Total every time.
- Read draw priority once.
- Respect expiry.
- Skip murky offers.
- Set a ₹ loss cap before clearing bars.
Responsible play and safety note
Bonus extends entertainment with conditions; it does not remove house edge or opponent skill. Do not deposit more solely to “unlock” a progress bar.
Play only where permitted. Protect OTP and UPI PIN. No wallet label guarantees profit.
FAQ
What is the difference between bonus and cash wallet?
Cash is generally the withdrawable pot after rules; bonus is promotional credit with wagering, expiry, and limits.
Why can’t I withdraw my full balance?
Part may be bonus-locked, under wagering, or held for KYC. Split Total into Cash vs Bonus.
Which wallet is used when I play?
Draw priority is product-specific — bonus-first, cash-first, or mix. Read Wallet help.
Does winning on bonus become cash automatically?
Only per conversion and wagering rules. Often not instant and sometimes capped.
What happens if bonus expires?
Unused bonus — and sometimes related winnings — forfeit per terms. Note the date.
Can I refuse the bonus wallet?
Often yes by not claiming or by opting out. Check Promotions language.
Is Total balance fake?
Usually a real sum of buckets — misleading if you treat it all as withdrawable.
Do Rummy stakes always clear wagering?
Often high contribution, not always 100%. Read the offer’s game list.
Mod APK shows huge bonus — real?
Treat as fake. Use official builds only; server balances are what matter.
Withdraw warning says forfeit — bad?
It means bonus rules will apply. Cancel if you did not intend to forfeit.
Are Win Rummy bonus amounts fixed in this article?
No. Live Promotions values change; this page explains structure only.
